Tanaka Oxy/Oxygen Acetylene regulators/Gauges- welding/welder I bought these(used) a while back for some small hobby projects. Seem to work well. Though I think the diaphragm on the oxygen may be giving out as the pressure bounces a few psi every once in a while. Was still able to use. But probably best to replace. Perhaps availble at your local welding supply. The working pressure gauge face(oxygen) is a little bent(please see photo) But does not effect operation. Seats and threads appear to be good and never had any leaks with them. Was very careful not to overtighen when I owned them. It stands about 15" tall and it measures 4" across the bottom. I see that a new tank this size costs well over $100 so someone can get a good deal here. It was empty but I opened the valve and let it sit for a day outside to allow any residual gas to escape for shipping safety. The set includes Victor Oxygen and Acetylene Regulators with a 25' newer 1/4" grade R-Acetylene only standard duty 200 psi hose. Both of the welding tanks are empty. The Acetylene cylinder is marked and will hold 145 cu.ft. The Oxygen cylinder has no capacity mark on it. The regulators are marked National Welding Equipment Company(Victor) San Francisco, California. One of the cutting torches was made by Harris; model number 42-2E and the other was made by AIRCO; model number 9953. The welding and brazing torch was made by Victor and it comes with two welding tips also made by Victor. The first one is model# 2-T17 and the other is#3 type 7. SMITHS Oxygen Acetylene Reguator Set for Welding, Brazing-see operating photos
Here is a good looking. Well operating set of regulators that I personally owned and used before changing to a Victor set. Oxygen H1710A-540 Acetylene H1721A-510 All gauges functional with unbroken plastic lenses. NO LEAKS. The only issue is you have to adjust pressures a bit higher than desired to get the actual pressure you need. For example. Acetylene about 9 psi to get 5 psi acetylene. For cutting, set about 35 psi to get 30 psi. Once set, they hold these pressures as they should. They are not new and don't work like they did when they were, but they do work! The set was used recently on a small project and worked as well as they did when I last used them. The last three photos show them in use: Photo 4 shows cutting torch burning in pre-heat mode. Without cutting oxygen. Photo 5 shows cutting torch with cutting oxygen at around 30 ... morepsi. Photo 6 shows acetylene holding about 7 psi in pre-heat mode. Without cutting oxygen on. Buyer will be welding and cutting with this regulator set. If your torch is good. Most of my auctions are final sales. Returns are not offered. Please bid with this in mind. The following auction is for a pair of Harris Regulator Gauges. They are for an Oxygen Tank and a Acetylene tank. They are used and show the typical wear. I didn't get a chance to test these. They were unhooked from the tanks when we did the estate. They look to be in decent shape and I think they will work decent. I am going to describe each below a bit better. They are both dusty and need cleaned up. Harris Acetylene Gauge-Model No 25-15 Regulator 650L Listed Compressed Gas. A few scratches on the gas meter sight plastics. There is also a spot of brown paint at the top of the line pressure gauge.The knobs seem to be fine. Harris Oxygen Gauge-Model 25-100 Listed Compressed Gas 650L-A few scratches in the plastic sight glass. There is a chipped out spot on the one side of the PSI of the tank.
