TIF Instruments Inc. This is a TT300hv voltage detector. Also known as a TIC tracer. I tested it out with new batteries on an electrical outlet. I have a background in electrical testing and testing for live current. This instrument has a slow ticking sound and when it get close to the live current the sound gets faster to just about solid. The Light also get bright. Has 2 settings(hi& lo) Takes two"AA" batteries which are NOT included. The leather holster is in very good to new condition. As Always with any electrical equipment.
