This is a fully tested and swept pair of Agilent Keysight 1.0mm Directional Couplers from a millimeter wave test set. This is a set of 2ea Directional couplers used in a T/R Test-set. The couplers have 1mm Connectors and are mounted on an aluminum block. Both couplers are identical with the exception of connector sex. We had a customer with an Agilent Keysight N5250C mm-wave system with coverage to 110GHz sweep these couplers for us. S21 is typ. 3.5dB@ 110GHz and 0.7dB@ 2.8GHz(this measurement reflects 2 couplers) Coupling is reasonably flat given the extreme BW of the coupler. Typical value is around 10Db@ 110GHz. The coupling drops off to 14dB@2.8GHz and rolls off rather sharp below 2.8GHz which is expected behavior for this type of coupler.
