This sale is for a functional 5370A counter/ time interval meter. I last used the time interval function a few years ago and it worked fine. As you can see from the pictures as a counter it works fine. I believe it is working correctly and will take a return within 15 days. What is unusual about the 5370A is the time interval function and the statistical functions built into the unit. As a time interval unit it has a 20pS resolution.
