This Hytrol powered conveyor was j ust removed from a working environment due to factory relocation and is ready to go back to work. Nice machine with added side guards as shown. Needs only a 220v twistlock connection to run(motor is rated for 1/2hp- 9 amps) and has an additional outlet mounted so other equipment/conveyors can be connected alongside it. Includes foot switch or can be wired for constant operation by replacing it with an on/off switch. Unit was used on a baking line at a brake shoe factory and has some stains on the frame but is otherwise a clean unit. It has a USA made Dodge TIGEAR gear drive to chain final drive. It looks like it has adjustable legs for height, the current height is 6 feet. The platens are 5" wide and capable of cooking a 36" wide belt. I bought it used to service one customer and typically only vulcanized 30" belts. As you can see in the pic. It has a control box and a self contained water bucket to cool the press. Has a 30Amp 240 V plug. Please advise if you need any more info. We always just let it air cool. I never used the water cooling feature so I don't know if it works. The water cooling just saves time. It doesn't effect the finished splice. I do not have any manuals for it. It has no tag for model and serial numbers. These were designed and built by Ed Mol JR. at Mol Belting Industries. They may have some information they can send you. Vulcanizer was built by Mol Industries specifically for lightweight European style belting. They may be able to give you more info but its fairly ... moreself explanatory.
