The lighting circuit is present for the right meter but missing from the left. One can duplicate the connections for the left meter illumination by following the example from the right meter. This is a Burk ARC-16 remote control system ver. 5.4 for a radio or TV station to control the transmitter and other functions from a remote location by phone. it comes with an IP-8 relay panel and an extra ARC-16 for parts or repair as it was missing the top cover and not sure it is all there. The last photo shows the inside of that unit. The one with the top cover on it has the digital speech unit(DSU) and the universal modem as seen the 3rd photo. I have not tested all the functions on it as I do not have the time.
