Radio and testing equipent. These were all found in a case of spare parts. These are untested and so show some minor wear due to age and use. Weinschel Engineering Model 1A plus an elbow connector and a T connector, not sure what brand the connectors are. Connectors are adjustable. This is an AIL Type 32 Precision IF attenuator with a solid walnut case(box jointed) in very nice condition. This operates on the principle of a waveguide below cutoff. These typically operate over a wide range of frequencies but these have a tuned circuit that sets the fequency to 30Mhz. Ive had it around 25 years but I dont remember where I got it. All I did was oiled and buffed the walnut and removed the many stickers from the front. The manual is the actual one that came with it those years ago. I dont have a way to test except that a signal applied to the input and then to a scope goes down in amplitude. I cant tell what the serial number is from the outside but there is a SN of 186 in the waveguide casting.
