This machine is stamped"No. 272S" It is made for a 9" pie; the numbers"K-2-9" are cast into the aluminum on the bottom(see picture) This wonderful vintage machine crimps and trims pie dough quickly with a crank. The bottom tray spins beautifully and continues readily on its own once spun. On its still-lubricated bearings; the top hand-crank works fine. I am selling as-is, and have not tried using it with a pie crust, but it looks quite good and functional. Condition: The machine is made of heavy cast aluminum in great shape. It was originally painted with a metal-finish paint which has peeled/is peeling off. But underneath is perfect cast aluminum so that doesn’t affect its condition. There are a few steel parts(see ... morepicture of bottom, and of trimming wheel) which have some rust and will need some cleaning up but they are still all there. This is a Badger model Air brush and compressor. The compressor works great. It's about 4 inches wide and 2 inches tall. The cord/plastic tube that attaches the compressor and gun is at least 5 feet long. The gun portion comes with a case that includes a hook for hanging. Another needle, and a wrench looking piece. The gun has a needle in it and a cap. It's been a very long time since I used the gun. I remember that it worked fine for large areas but wasn't great on fine lines and detail work. I have no way to test it currently. The gun is attached to the plastic hose and I didn't want to remove it. To put it in the case, so that it wouldn't be hard to put it back on. BAXTER SP600W BAKERY WATER METER WITH REMOTE WATER CHILLER
Up for auction is a Baxter microprocessor controlled water meter model SP600W along with a Manitowoc remote water chiller model number SC340-04. These items were taken out of a working environment and purchased from a Dunkin Donuts store that was closing. Water meter and chiller both are in excellent used condition and appear to be functioning properly. Water meter powers up and appears to switch on when set to dispense water. Chiller compressor kicks on immediately upon flipping the switch and runs smoothly. I do not have this system plumbed in to test futher. Comes with water meter.
