This is a used Lincoln Invertec v160-t DC stick and Tig welder with pulse. This welder has been fully tested and works excellent. Includes only what you see in the photos. No leads or controls are included. The plug is currently an nema L6-30. It will automatically switch itself between 115 and 230v single phase input. Cosmetics: There are some cosmetic issues consistent with welder being used in the construction industry- expect the usual scuffs and marks. The handle is loose in the plastic. I have another one of these welders and can attest to it being common. I hooked it up and Tig welded with it on some stainless with and without the pulse function on and it worked flawlessly. I hate to sell this welder but I have been carrying this around for 2 years and feel it would be better for someone to buy it who will use it. I purchased the welder from a surplus sale about 10- 15 years ago and ran it up to about 2 years ago. I had a small weld shop in the south east. This welder was the work horse of the shop. This welder has welded allot of aluminium. Stainless, copper nickel, and carbon steel. It has made its money back 3000 times. The machine is good, the TIG system works great, I have even used it with a miller wire feed system as the primary power source. Machine comes with a 300 amp Jackson stinger that is approximately 25 foot. the pig tail is 14 feet with a attached ground that is approximately 12 feet with an additional ground extinction of another 12 feet. Can weld AC or DC. I had this machine hard wired to the ... morepower source so it has no plug on it. The electrician disconnected it 2 years ago when I had to close down the shop, and she has been sitting in a box with plastic wrap on it for 2 years. This machine is heavy. It does not have aluminium coils they are copper, this make it very heavy. This machine weight is about 75 to 135 lbs. the buyer has to arrange shipping of the machine and contact seller within 3 days of purchase to arrange payment and shipping times. This is a Miller Xmt 350. Multiprocess welder can do Stick MIG TIG with the proper accessories. This auction is for just the machine. Clean repaint that looks good and works good. The only cosmetic defect is a burn or slash in the face below the meters. It doesn't affect the reading of the meters or proccess tags. It is superficial. The machine welds very good. We tested this using 220 single phase power and produced nice welds. As you would expect from this. There is about 6 feet of 4 wire power lead connected to the machine. Use all 4 for 3 phase and black white and green for single phase. It has autoline so it senses the power coming in and automatically compensates for it. The serial tag is missing from the back but it is displayed inside the machine and I have pictured it LH030008A which makes it born in 07. Miller TIG Stick STH150 MaxStar 120/230 Welder Inverter 150STH GMAW
Up For Auction. Lightly used Miller MaxStar 150STH Welder. About 7 hours total.150 Amp Stick/TIG process. This unit comes with dual plugs for 120V or 230V operations. It has the leads for GMAW/Stick operations, I believe they are 25ft. It also comes with TIG whip, with gas-line. Gauge and regulator set. the TIG torch on this unit does not use a foot-pedal but a hand throttle, which is preferred for intricate work. I don't have a bottle of gas to include, but I am sure if you are a welding shop you will have your own. I will include a full box of 1/8" 7018 rods which work well on 90 Amps on 3/16" steel. All the leads are in excellent condition, and no burn marks. The welder inverter pack is not burned, nor scratched up and is somewhat lightweight. Miller EconoTwin HF TIG and Stick Welder
On sale is a good used Miller'scratch start' or'lift off' start TIG welder. This welder does not have or support the use of a foot pedal. The welder does have high frequency via a small switch that can initiate the arc without having to touch the electrode down. Please do your research before bidding since some people have no issue with scratch start TIG and others prefer the modulation of a pedal control. I have owned and used this welder for almost 20 years and it has served me very well but it is too heavy for what I need. I have welded Steel. Aluminum and Stainless Steel with this machine. It comes with a 17 TIG torch with the needed cable and hose and a ground cable. There is a regulator and gas flow valve and flow gauge on the end of the hose. It has wheels as well as accommodation for a gas tank in the frame. The welder ... moredoes not include a gas tank. For TIG welding you will have to rent or buy an argon tank of your own. It uses 230Volt single phase electricity. The outer steel casing has some rusty patches where the paint is missing, but it is functionally in good condition. It will need a suitable plug(typically three prong 50Amp 250V, it all depends on what 240V outlet you will be plugging into. This is an older model Miller Tig/Stick welder power source. Worked great when taken out of service several years back. The tig wand. Foot control pedal, and gas regulator has been removed but you should be able to get parts at your local welding store if you intend to use this as a tig rig. This is a high frequency machine so it will work for welding aluminum. This welder includes a shop built roll around cart and(90) l.f. of ground lead and(140) l.f. of stinger lead. The leads do have some electrical tape in places from the plastic getting nicked but are generally in decent shape. The main rheostat could stand to be replaced as well but it does work as is. Was first stick machine before Miller upgraded to 280 machines. This machine runs great. Welds perfect beads with 6010/6011 rods and has scratch Tig capabilities. Must remove case to use manual link for 230v/ to 460/575 voltage. Will not run on 120 volts. Case is clean. Few minor scratches. Nice machine for stick welding. No leads or plug included with this unit. No gas or gauge hose.
