L-Tec CM-24 Oxy Acetylene Plasma Optical Shape Cutting Machine
Up for sale is a very nice L-Tec CM-24 shape cutting machine. It is currently set up for oxy/acetylene. But plasma can be used as well. It comes on a very heavily built roll around table. You can cut out two parts at the same time with the two Oxweld torches. The unit runs on 115 volt. The serial# is 87-90-48. It uses the HL-90 Co-Ordinate drive tracing machine. What is nice about these units is that you can draw any shape you want and the eye will trace it while the torch is cutting it out. The unit measures 82" long by 43" wide by 69" tall. There is a 14" shelf that sticks out to hold the tanks so actual length with that is 96" The hoses will need replacing as there are cracks. The unit works fine and is ready to go. If you want a plasma option I have a low use Hypertherm 800 with a brand new machine torch and brand ... morenew firing trigger that can be purchased separately. There are no tanks included. I prefer this to be picked up and I will load on your truck for free. If you want to ship please make your own arrangements, but if you need help in this area, just ask. It has the patina, and it obviously was heavy duty and used well. Welders- This has not been tested and is being sold as is. Gas valves turn and the oxy trigger snaps back nicely. Use your good judgment. Rat Rod builders- This torch would make a bad ass shifter. The approximately 1 1/2" diameter brass handle would make an excellent grip. Total length of torch is approximately 20" Steampunk lamp builders- This torch would make a great one off lamp in your hands. Lots of brass and has that heavy industrial look that is so desired. Man Cave- This would look great mounted and framed and hung in a Man Cave as a conversation piece.
