PLEASE READ* I am a certified Miller repair facility and machine shop. I have tested this module and it WORKS. IF you have a Miller that needs this part or your welder isn't working and you suspect this part is the issue PLEASE understand a few things before you plug this"new" one in. Most modules do not fail on their own. If your module is bad there is a VERY good chance that something has caused the failure. A shorted idle solenoid or a grounded wire is probably to blame. IF you have not isolated and fixed this issue then simply plugging this one is may not fix the issue. This is a Miller Boom Welding Machine with an approximately 12 foot long boom and 3 metal locking storage cabinets. The entire machine is mounted to a steel pallet like frame. It has a Hobart Arc-Master 501 welder with a Hobart HMC-410 pulse control. It is a dual station set up which allows two wire speed and voltage settings and two separate rolls of wire on the arm. It can be moved to location easily with a pallet jack or fork-lift. The boom is really nice for keeping the welding leads and gun from getting tangled around whatever is being welded. The boom has 360 degree rotation and can lift approximately 60 degrees. This auction includes the steel pallet frame. Stick welding leads off a Miller Bobcat 250 welder
Theses leads come off a miller bobcat 250 which I bought used with 70 hrs on meter. my trailer had 100 ft roll up leads which I Installed the miller. So I used the 100 ft. and put these in my toolbox. I don't need, The stinger lead is about 60 ft length and ground clamp is about 40 ft. checked cables found one little nick(where you can see wire about the size dia of 1611 rod) on stinger cable, and a few scrorch marks but no bare wire showing on the cables. I could see. So overall good condition. I have these for sale locally so I reserve the right to end sell if they sell.

Used Miller 8RS feeder control cable. Cable is type SOOW 600V rated"Carol Super VU-TRON 8/C 16 AWG" with metal Amphenol-type connector. Connector is the male type of 14 pin with male threads and male pins. I do not know what this is compatible with so please either verify it will work before purchase or plan on swapping the plug to a standard Miller 14 pin female threads with male pins. Plugs on the other end are in great shape and were plugged into my 8RS feeder. Cord is in great shape overall.
