Tek Part No. 070-1653-01 First Printing JUNE 1974. This is the classic Tek Manual. As it came from Tektronix. Not a copy. It is almost one inch thick.It contains Specifications, Operating Information, Theory of Operation, Maintenance, Performance Check and adjustments, a replaceable Electrical and Mechanical parts lists, plus diagrams and circuit board illustrations, as well as information on the instrument options. The options are EMI Environmental, TV Sync Separator, and EXT DC Operation. The plastic spline does not have any broken fingers, but it is dirty. The tabs on the pull-out schematics have been gnawed on by silverfish, and are a bit fuzzy, but are readable. The blue covers have some dings, scratches, and rust spots, and the part of the front page that shows through the window in the front cover has been eaten. See Photograph. For auction is a Heathkit IG-4505 Oscilloscope Calibrator. Allows calibration of voltage and frequency of scopes. Powers up and tested the voltage output with a cheap RS DMM. All of the settings on the voltage terminals showed a little above the half of the indicated value. As the ranges are peak-to-peak and the DMM is RMS(more or less) that seems appropriate and also matches the results of testing a second unit I have. The frequency BNC cable also shows low-level signals. My scope is packed up somewhere so I can't say what the wave form looks like. My guess is OK but I am selling as-is like all vintage electronics. For sale. I have a working Tektronix 468 Digital Storage Oscilloscope. I tested it in several modes and everything seems to work, although I am not an expert and cannot say for sure that every function works as it should. If there is anything you want me to specifically test, just let me know. It comes with oneTektronix P6062B probe and the Instruction Manual. Manual is dated 1984 so I'm guessing that's how old it is. Was stored for a while so it does have some cosmetic scratches and dust in the crevices. The cord is in good shape but does have a small slit in the rubber which I have photoed. This wasn't a problem for me when I plugged it in but mentioning to be thorough. Also, it looks like a plastic collar is missing on one of the front knobs. This was purchased at an estate sale. Previous owners son said it was in good working order. There is one small crack on one knob that can be seen in the last photo. The crack does not effect function. This scope comes with original manual and two probes. I'm sorry but I do not have the knowledge or means to test this. This auction includes a Tektronix model 465 100MHz dual-channel oscilloscope in good and accurate working condition. This scope comes with the two Tektronix P6106 probes shown. One has a needle tip and one has a hook tip. This scope also comes with the original operators manual, the original storage pouch, and the original protective plastic front cover. As the photos show, both channels produce nice clean traces. This scope came from a local college laboratory and I was told that it was calibrated approximately 3-years ago. It does not have any issues related to it's functionality. As the photos show, there is some cosmetic wear mainly on the bottom and back of this scope.
