krendl Insulation Machines - 500 Two (2) available
As one can see from the pictures both machines are used. About three(3) years ago both machines were sent to the Krendl Company to be checked and repaired as needed. They had little to no use after they were returned. They have been setting in storage for at least the 2 1/2 years where they are currently located. Both machines have dual blowers and shedder boxes and hopper extensions. There is one(1) remote unit and a large quantity of hose. If one buyer takes both machines they get all of the hose. If the machines are sold separately. We will divide the hose as equally as possible between the two(2) machines. The first buyer gets the remote unit and there are a few filters as well. The buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping and handling. The units are located in West Des Moines, Iowa and are in a commercial area.

The remote is included and is a wire remote flip switch. The machine is being sold as is, with no guarantees and no returns or refunds simply because it is an electronic machine. Once mounted in a truck with a PTO option and spun up to proper RPM(determined by engine RPM and pulley size) the machine is controlled by an LED touch screen which allows you to choose which operation you want. From my perspective the machine has never failed us and if it is hooked up properly it will run great for the next owner. These machines really never die you may have to change a bearing or airlock rubbers occasionally but they just run and you do maintenance, no engine that blows up etc. If the electronics aren't your taste then it can be converted to a manual machine with the aid from the company who services these machines. It has a 4” inlet and outlet. These are designed to use with vacuum bags that attach to the outlet. I'm sure the unit can be used to vac leaves and other things. I have 100’ of 4” vacuum hose to go with the machine if it is picked up. I can ship the machine without the hose as long as the buyer pays for the freight. This Graco E-10 has been used in a relatively low volume spray-in bedliner and truck accessory shop. We might spray 3-5 trucks a week. It's has been in service for about 2 years. We're shutting down and selling off the equipment. This machine has NOT been sitting in the corner for the past 6 months like other E-10's I've encountered. It was spraying bedliners last week before we shut the doors. I have solvent flushed the ISO side thoroughly and reflushed with a plasticizer for storage. The B side still contains a little of the oil side bedliner product but you can flush that out easily with your product. The only known issues that this machine has is the O-ring has torn and fallen off from the tank lid on the ISO side(that happened last week while we were moving it. Haven't had time to get another) and the'insulation' ... moreif you can call it that) around the heater coil has come unstuck(which happened about the first month of owning it) Both pumps were rebuilt about 6 months ago with genuine Graco rebuild kits.
