We connected the High output to an oscilloscope(not included) and were able to generate a variety of waveforms up to 600 kHz without any issues. When we connected the Low output. No significant measurable signal was detected by our oscilloscope. We were not able to test any of the advanced features of this item. We were only able to test the basic wave-form generation capabilities. We believe this item to be fully functional but since we are unable to test the complete functionality of the item we are required to sell this item as is. This item includes the proper power cable. Measurements can be made at the following frequencies: 10kHz. 20kHz, 40kHz, 100kHz, 200kHz, 400kHz, 1MHz, 2MHz, 4MHz, and 10MHz. Option 101: HP-IB interface. The displays are sharp and clear and there are no significant scratches on the unit. There is one small ding on the top cover. Please refer to the photos for details. The unit is supplied with a power cord. But no test adapters, test cables, or manuals are included. Manuals are readily available on-line.
