This item is an Elenco"Precision" Quad Power supply. It's a bench supply that has three fixed voltage outputs: 5VDC@ 3A. +12VDC and-12VDC@ 1A, and 2-20VDC(adjustable) 2A. Output appear on binding posts on the front panel. This supply is used but appears to be fully functional. I measured the fixed outputs(no load) at 5.15V. +11.80, and-11.98 volts.
