IMPORTANT PISTON RING NOTES: Quincy has used two styles of Piston Rings on these machines. Most of the old machines were sold with Taper Faced Compression Rings. The newer machines were sold with Side Sealed Compression Rings. Side Sealed rings do a better job, especially on a worn cylinder. We are now including them as standard in all kits. This compressor has never failed, and has a pressure lubrication system with a pressure gauge. I recently purchased this compressor on Craigslist here in the Bay Area. I got what I would call a"Raw Deal. I was shown a video of the compressor running and was told it was inspected by a compressor specialist. I bought it. The tank had two hairline cracks in it and leaked air like crazy. My friend TIG welded them. The tank held pressure great and still does, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips every time I run in it and the compressor wont build pressure past 50 psi now. We built a heated, enclosed compressor room to help keep it clean, and ran semi-permanent air lines throughout the job site. The compressor received quarterly air filter and oil changes, along with a blowdown and wipe down and motor bearing lube as necessary, and the care shows. The last service was about two weeks before we pulled it out. I estimate about 1000 hours on it now, perhaps as much as 1500, while Quincy rates their ... morepumps for 50,000 hours(there is lots of life yet) The aftercooler gave us the driest air I've ever seen at a job site, no moisture or freeze-ups even on the coldest days. The automatic tank drain is the greatest: never any water build-up, and we didn't have to monitor or manually drain it. This allowed us to hold pressure at night, ready to work in the morning. This is a serious machine for a serious shop, and it will serve well- we certainly were never able to tax it. I do not have 3 phase in my permanent shop, and this compressor is bigger than anything I would ever use it for, so I am looking to sell it before it sits for an extended period of time. I have a nice Quincy duplex air compressor just removed from an easy life as a pneumatic controls compressor. It was owned by a school so you know they had a maintenance contract to keep it running well. We just updated all the controls to electric so they had no more need for this. It was working when removed. The compressors are Quincy 350's powered by 5hp 3 phase motors. Comes as shown with pressure switches mounted to unit. I think this is a 150-200 gallon tank. The only down side is one of the oil drains and the tank drain were damaged while they were being removed. This would be perfect for a small fab shop. Wood shop, cabinet manufacture, or body shop. You can pick it up in Manassas VA. I will load on a freight truck if you arrange and pay for it. Local delivery could be arranged at an additional cost.

Quincy Screw Compressor air inlet valve
This inlet valve came off of a small Quincy screw compressor after the bearings went bad in it. A bigger unit was bought so maybe you a inlet valve. It was working when it was removed but plan on rebuilding it It is marked V.M.C. and a casting number of R20 there is a code number of 510.0202 and looks to have been made in September of 2003. This is the pressure lubricated(yup- it has an oil pump) model. With spin on oil filter. About 65 cfm@ 100 psi. Base mounted with magnetic starter and pressure switch installed. Revision of change# 104, which makes it only a few years old. New valves were recently installed. One of the best compressors ever made, in AMERICA! We have for sale a Quincy QR-25 Model 370. Rebuilt and used for less than an hour. This is a 120 gallon tank. 15 HP motor. Will run on 240 or 460 3 phase, has heaters for both voltages currently set up to run at 240 volts. Holds at a consistent 150 psi. when used on my CNC machine tools. Located in central Indiana. Can deliver in central Indiana or you pay for shipping to any other location. The volume on these compressor's is very good and supplies multiple machines with no problem. When these are coupled with a complimentary air dryer and moisture separator they will run a small shop with no issues. Can be used for a small machine shop or auto shop.

Quincy QRDS-20 single stage oilless 20 HP air compressor with motor and base
Quincy QRDS-20 single stage 20 HP oilless air compressor from medical air system. Original system system model was QRD20SBN00011. The bare shaft compressor was replaced with a new unit in 2010. Estimated run time 2000 to 2500 hours. Normal life is 25,000 hours or more, so this compressor should give good service for a long time. System includes motor, base, drive sheaves, belts, belt guard, aftercooler, head temperature safeties, outlet check valve, and unloader valve. The compressor pumped a 240 gallon tank from zero to 100 PSI in 3 minutes, 20 seconds which calculates to an average pumping speed of 67 CFM. This is consistent with it's rated displacement. Will sell complete system, compressor with flywheel, or bare shaft compressor. Can supply head unloaders and possibly a motor starter panel if needed. Good for any oil free air need.

Quincy QRDS 7.5 Oil-less Medical Air Compressor
This unit is one of 2 that was used in the local VA. It is on the tankless duel unit mount assembly. Can sell with or without mount stuff. As it likely doubles the weight of unit. This unit was rebuilt at 10,000 hours( have the old heads) and it now has approximately 2000 hrs since rebuild. Please note it has 200volt 3 phase 7.5 hp Baldor motor. Unit has new starter and has been gone through by professional. I bought it from the company that replaced the VAs units and he also did the original overhaul. It is a little more than I need. I estimate it weighs around 700lbs as is. With just motor flywheel and head it likely weights 400lbs. Please note I have not weighed it. 33.5 cfm at 75psig. 28.5cfm at 100psig and 859 rpm. Can palletize and possibly deliver to nearest freight facility. I can load on pickup, truck, or trailer.

quincy QRD-15 compressor
Up for sale is a Quincy QRDS-15 Air Compressor. I purchased this compressor to power our paint booth and it is to long to fit in our compressor room. So I had to get a vertical tank rig. I Have no idea on the condition of the compressor and I bought it from a state agency that claimed it to be operational. I am selling it as is with no warranty with minor repairs needed. We started to take the compressor and motor off and mount it on the tank vertical and decided to buy a different compressor instead. As the picture indicates the 3 filter cans are removed but I may have them. Keep in mind I am not guaranteeing this unit to run because I never ran it. I can only go off the previous sellers promise.
