Mansfield & Green (Ametek) 13,000 psi Dead Weight Tester Model T-130
This T-130 set is complete with all parts and weights to calibrate pressure gauges up to 13.000 psi. It is for use with distilled water. The original manual and complete set of part drawings plus most of a factory supplied set of replacement O-rings are included. The equipment was used for a short time for a development project involving high pressure air. It has been in storage since. Overall the set is in excellent condition with only light marks from use of wrenches and light surface rust on inside bottom and outside of steel storage box. See pictures. Before listing I did a quick test of the system by calibrating a high and a low pressure gauge using both of the systems interchangeable pistons. The two pressures were 200 psi for the low and 4000 psi for the high. The system operated normally.

Vintage Sun tach and dwell tester 1944
This auction is for a vintage Sun tach and dwell tester. I have had this since the mid 80's. I used it on my old fords with single and duel points. I have upgraded all my old iron to duraspark. The last time I used this tester was three years ago. That use was on a 1959 ford 901 tractor. I have since sold the old tractor and no longer have any use for this equipment. Anytime I used this I would simply take the D cell batteries out of my flashlight for power. The battery sockets are clean and ready for your batteries to be installed. As seen in the pictures this Sun equipment comes with the original instruction manual dated 1944. The outer box could use some new paint or use as is. Two of the are missing the battery connector, so I have no way of powering them up or testing them. The battery connectors on the other four units are not in great shape, but I was able to get them to power up, as shown in the photos above. One of them will not zero, so it is obviously having some problems. The other three power up, zero, and change units. I hooked these three up to my air compressor, which was at 100psi, and the units gave me readings of ~93psi(s/n 8003016) ~94psi(s/n8003054) and ~95psi(s/n 8003026) However, this is the extent of my testing of these units, and they are being sold as-is. This Tektronix 577 Curve Tracer. With 177 Standard Test fixture, the A1007 Adaptor and a complete photocopied User Manual is from a research lab, has been gently used, and in excellent condition. All controls and functions are working as they should and unit is very clean inside and out. It comes with everything shown in the photos, including power cord, and nothing else. The CRT is bright and sharp. No phosphor burns at all, and the Storage function is working 100% I have included pics for a 2N3904 NPN and a 2N3906 PNP transistor, and displayed their curves using the same settings(except polarity) Also see the photo of the trace for a 16V zener diode, tested with AC applied, and the curves for a 2N5484 N-ch JFET. There is no problem with the unit. The last calibration date is unknown, and though my own practical testing indicates it is measuring voltage and current accurately, unfortunately it is not certified. There are two minor issues that have no effect on the unit's proper operation: 1) two knobs(the Base-Emitter selector switch on the 177 fixture. And the Variable Collector% knob on the mainframe) have cracked and been epoxied back together, but are solid, and(2) the clear plastic cover is missing from the safety cover, so high-voltage measurements require manually depressing the interlock switch, as directed in the user's manual. A perfect unit for a design lab or a home electronics experimenter or custom amplifier builder. Working as well as it did the day it was built. HUMPHREY MODEL 599 AUTOMATIC REFRACTOMETER/KARATOMETER NICE Description. Fine used Humphrey Instruments model 599 Automatic Refractometer/Keritometer. This unit was government surplus and seems to have had light use and good care. I know little about instruments like this so I tried to learn what I could from internet sites and ebay ads for the same item. Here is what I found: The 599 turns on and finds its reference position easily. The movements in automatic and manual modes are smooth and precise. The CRT screen is bright with good contrast and no flickers or lines. All buttons and the joystick work well. The printer had some paper in it so I was able to see that it works like it should with no problems. I tried checking the eyes of a couple of friends and it seemed to do what it was supposed to do. It started by focusing on the right ... moreeye. The spoked wheel icon inside became visually clear to the subject and the 599 computed the results. Then it shifted its attention from the right to the left eye. Focused on it and computed results for that eye as well. Then the results were printed by the internal printer. That is all I knew how to try on this machine. I would expect it needs to be calibrated if you want to be sure the results are accurate. Overall it is in excellent physical condition and shows little use. Included with the device(but not shown in the pictures) is a hospital grade power cord. Serial cable for an external printer(I think) and its original plastic protective tent/cover to keep it dust free when not being used.
