Maybe used for a single plane monopulse array(explain dual channel, if not dual polarization system) This device has two waveguide ports in standard height WR-90 waveguide, with the other port of each channel being reduced height(lower impedance, maybe to drive a microstrip array) waveguide. Frequency range is 8-12 GHz. The cool thing about this device is that it has motion in two planes. Like an X-Y scanner(two degrees of freedom) This would be consistent with a planar array on the front of a jet, for example. This is just the RF circuit. The mechanical drive mechanism is not included. Very cool, quite rare, made in late'eighties, looks unused.
