Vintage Heathkit Tube Tester Model IT-21, very good condition, fully functional
Up for auction is a Heathkit Tube Tester Model IT-21. This tube tester is in excellent cosmetic condition. There are minor scuff and scrapes on it. But nothing out of the ordinary for a vintage piece such as this. There is a knob missing on the lower right side and on the bottom of the unit the caps on the A& L levers are also missing. It is missing two foot pads on the left side and also on the back side it is missing one foot pad on the top left side on the back of the tester. Other than those few flaws, this is a very clean unit that has been tested and all knobs and switches and plugs& plug-ins appear to function properly. I was not able to test every bulb socket because I did not have all the sizes, I did have 7 different bulbs a few different sizes and each worked so I assume all the other sockets do too. Up for auction is a vintage Eico Model 625 tube tester. The serial number is 68782W. I recently purchased a number of vintage tube related items from an estate and this tester came from that group. The tester was plugged in and it lights up. But I don't know how to test it properly. The roll chart scrolls smoothly and the cabinet is in good shape, but needs a cleaning. I was not able to test this unit. It powered on and had no funny burning smells when plugged in. I know nothing about tube testers and had no tubes to test. THIS UNIT WILL BE SOLD AS IS! Vintage Hickok Mutual Conductance 600A Vacuum Tube Tester, Functional
ITEM DESCRIPTION A vintage 600A tube tester by Hickok. It works well. May need calibration though. I tested the function with a couple different tubes such as 27, 80, 6V6, 6SN7 and all performed as expected. The power cord is flexible and has no cracks. The small grid cap adapter aged and a bit cracked at the base of it. There is an nice built-in scroll for tube settings included and it even still shows those two digit tubes. The handle. Hinges and clasps are tight and in good condition. Exterior cabinet not water damaged or cracked however, it does have marks paint splatters, and tears consistent with its age. I can tell you I plugged it in and it lights up; the Shorts light flickers. The fuse light also lights up. I have up for sale this very nice. ACCURATE INSTRUMENTS MODEL 151 VINTAGE TUBE TESTER. This is in very good working condition, and comes with the original instruction manual with tube charts, and 3 other tube charts that cover cross reference military tubes, and industrial tubes. The photos show the unit working with a tube under test. The case has a few scuffs and nicks, and the chrome hardware has a little bit of rust which could easily be cleaned off. This is a very simple to use, very portable tester!

Vintage Triplett Vacuum Tube Tester model 3423, TV and Radio
Selling my Vintage Triplett vacuum tube tester after it serving me well for many years. I just don't have the use for it anymore as I am not as active as I used to be in the antique radio hobby. This set is in excellent original condition and even includes original hang tags and even has the original warranty card that was never mailed. My Dad had sent away for a manual from the Triplett company and he was fortunate enough for them to mail him back a photo copy of the manual that is also included as well as the mailing they sent for other products. They are still in business today! This tester is very much like other brands like Hickok or Precision or Jackson. As far as condition the carry handle just broke off on me when I went to pick it up but it can be easily repaired for appearance, I should of known better not to try and use the ... morehandle on any vintage radio or test equipment. The line cord is like new with no signs of any dry rot. This is a full sized tester, it measures 19x15x6 inch's, very impressive on any test bench.
