The connections are all in good condition with no dents or cracks. The function buttons are in good condition as well. The displays are in good condition with no cracks or chips. I am not currently using this unit and am passing it along to someone who can. The controller is a thermostat which can control heating or cooling devices. Switching between heating and cooling is easy but does require opening the unit. Instruction on how to switch between heating and cooling are easily acquired from the manufacturer. The pictures show that the thermostat's clear plastic cover has yellowed a bit due to exposure to the sun. The unit does have a few scuffs and marks from handling and use.
