RF signal meter for sale. I quit my Telco job a couple of years ago and this relic is still laying around. I purchased this as a contractor and used it for several years with two different Telco Companies. I lost the power cord in my last move. But you can get a universal in the store or on ebay for around $15. It powers up fine, there are no cracks in the screen or case. The built in barrels are still in excellent shape(no corrosion or spinners) The case has a couple of small holes, but nothing to worry about. still carries and is still in one solid piece. I have no desire to continue re-posting like some I see on here, so I set it low with low reserve. I'd rather take some cash that take up a ton of my time! No returns.

Fluke 54200 TV Signal Generator, not fully functional
This unit is minimally tested. And is found to be NOT fully functional. I only checked the composite video output. Here are the issues which I noted: 1. The generator does not seem to support color bar output in standard NTSC output format(see pictures) The message is" not available. So possibly this unit is not loaded to properly output color bars? 2. The teletext module is not functional: hardware error. No response from teletext control" 3. The aspect ratio looks wrong. But I think there are settings which I did not bother to figure out on how to set this correctly for the TV I was using for display. The unit does output composite video properly though. I did not test any other outputs or functions from this generator. Including RF output, RGB, SCART, or any of the Audio outputs. Please bid knowing that only what you see in the ... morepicture and what I've tested can be assumed working. As such, the item is sold as-is, with no returns, but priced accordingly. Unit is in good cosmetic condition with a few minor use and wear marks. The unit was not fully tested however given a detailed inspection. The unit was plugged in and it did power up. This unit contains 3 tubes. All of the tubes were removed. Tested and re-installed(1ea 6J5-strong. 1ea 6K6-strong and 1ea 6X5-strong) The glass on the front of the dial is in tact with no cracks or scratches however its not seated properly. A simple service on the unit will allow you access to the rear of the dial to reseat the glass. All dials and buttons operate properly. They all line up properly with the required setting.
