Vintage BK Precision ocilloscope model 1474. I have powered this unit up. But beyond that I don't know how to test it. It is in very clean condition and even comes in its original box. Also included are the things I found in the box with it- 2 BK Precision PR 36 Probes, and an Amphenol Model 101-4 Antenna. This scope is 8" high, 10" wide and about 16" deep. This unit was owned by a gentlemen who was meticulous about all his equipment. I will be selling a lot of his vintage electrical items in the coming week. He worked initially for the Army testing and operating radio equipment. Some items come from that time period. Some from later as part of his personal collection. Heathkit Vintage Oscilloscope O 6 type
This oscilloscope works when plugged in. I wanted to point out this came from a very large electronics estate where many of the electronics were modified. As you can see in the pictures the unit has been modified and has a larger viewing screen installed. I am not an electronics person so all I can tell you is the scope works when plugged in and the screen changes from an oval light to a horizontal line when the dials are turned. This may or may not be an O 6 model but the unit looks almost identical to other o6 pictures I have seen. Sold as is with no warranties. 17 1/2" long(20 inches including added on visor) 13 inches high, 8 1/2 inches wide. approximately 30 pounds. Option of local pick up is ok. Just let me know.

A dual trace vertical plug-in type 79-02A, a single timebase plug-in type 74-03A and an alternate delaying timebase type 73-13A. This item powers up and will trace. However. Does need some work. It has been sitting in my shop for several years and will require much love to bring it back to full functionality. All switches and pots need cleaned. Main fuse holder is missing cap, Channel 1 trigger select is broken and needs replaced, CRT is in good shape. This should be totaly restorable with a little TLC. When I listed it the 1st time I stated I wasn't sure if the build was complete, the reason being is, I could plainly see( see photos) that there were screws missing in the securing bands around some of the caps. Also the top cover of the unit was unopened, still in the package it was originally shipped in from the Heathkit factory. I'm listing it as" parts or not working" the price will reflect just that. Anyone will half a clue will have this thing up and working in a flash, it's never been used, cosmetically it's beautiful. I'm not an electronics repairman, that's just my opinion.
