Great working condition Tektronix TDS 220 DSO 100MHZ Digital Storage Oscilloscope. Passes all self tests and internal calibration. As you may or may not know these models were recalled by Tektronix for a defect. The vertical sticker on the back indicates that this scope had the defect repaired by Tektronix. Excellent accuracy. The second image show a 6V 10KHz signal fed into both channels. Other photos show an NTSC waveform with a closeup of the colorburst signal. LCD screen has a minor scuff thats barely noticeable when turned on(see images) No burn in, traces are sharp. The images show weird shading but the screen is evenly lit. Case shows normal signs of wear. Handle and tilting bale are work perfectly. BNC connectors are solid. All buttons and controls are clean and work smoothly. The worst is visible wear on the contact points around the input BNCs for each channel. Notes: This scope is in PARTIAL working condition. We found that it has trouble measuring frequency at 500MHz but when tested at lower frequencies it worked fine(see screenshots at 500 and 100MHz) Also the DISPLAY IS DIM. When turned up to 100% it is usable in bright ambient light but the display is not as bright as it should ... morebe. The battery was dead flat when we got this unit. But after testing was concluded the scope was able to turn on with battery power and run for a few minutes. Battery life is unknown. We verified that all four channels can display input signals all the way out to 500MHz. Signal path compensation(SPC) PASSED as did power on self tests.
