The front bezel has a few light cosmetic scuffs and a mounting screw broke off in two of the tapped mounting holes when it was removed from the enclosure. Whoever mounted it most likely used screws that were slightly too long. They are broken off pretty much flush with the backside mounting face of the bezel(Shown in Picture 11) They could possibly be removed. Or a new hole could be drilled& tapped nearby. There is also a mounting hole between them and on both sides. So it could be mounted as-is. The screen is spotless as shown. The power supply operates on 100-210 VAC. 1.2 A, 47-63 Hz. It is an enclosed style that measures 5.75” long x 3.375” wide x 1.875” tall. It has some checking from age on the rubber grommet where the wires enter the enclosure. But it is otherwise like new.
