TEI air powered rock drill rig gold coal mining construction foundation repair
TEI rock drill(believed to be early 2000) mounted to Case-Davis tf 300 trencher under carriage. 5 foot stroke(hydraulic powered feed) Air powered drifter. 50' of steel included along with 3 carbide bits. Can drill at any angle. The hydraulic pump is powered by a 5 hp gas motor from Harbor freight when used on surface. For underground operation there is a 5 hp air motor that powers a hydraulic pump. This would be a good machine for installing small hollow bars next to a structure for foundation repair. The gas motor lacks power for this machine and it should probably be replaced with a larger one. The tracks are in great shape, no pads missing. Moves forward and reverse, steers by pulling a clutch/brake handle and stopping one track. Each track has its own handle. There is a small oil drip at the drive motor on the differential. Small Hagby(Sandvik) DE110 core drill. I'm not sure what year this machine is. I would guess late 90's possibly early 2000's. Powered by a 10 hp rotary piston air motor, Bean 20 also powered by a 10 hp air motor with a gear reduction. Can drill at any angle. Set up on a turret for quick azimuth changes and setups. Hydraulic chuck and foot clamp. A" size pipe is the largest that can fit through the chuck. Comes with 30' of awj pipe, aw34(34mm) core barrel and tubes, and a couple of bits. Go to rocktechusa. com for more info on the machine. They rate it for holes up to 150 meters, but that's with their hydraulic power pack. I think 100' in good rock would be the deepest this machine will go the way it is set up. This machine can be taken off the skid and run by a skid steer if needed. Awesome jaw crusher. This has a commercial duty 9 hp honda engine with about 3 hours use since new. All face plates have been hardened with hardened alloy welding rod. The face plate is adjustable so if the ore you are crushing is soft you can open it up and run more. For super hard quartz the plate adjusts to a smaller size but it can pulverize it down to 1/8 on the first past. The engine does all this work at a little higher than idle so it doesn't use much gas. Everything is heavy duty and easily replaced. This weighs a lot. I have this at local pickup only. It's big and heavy. If you want to have it shipped I will cooperate with your shipper but the buyer is responsible for all the legwork. You will also receive a concrete mixer modified to a ball mill.
