Also included in this auction is about 25-2 inch aluminum irrigation pipes each with a riser that's about 18 inches tall and each riser has a BRASS Rain Bird sprinkle r. Also included is 2-4 inch 45 degree elbows. 1-90 degree elbow(probably 2) at least two large valves(probably 4) 2 of the 4 inch end plugs, and 4 of the 2 inch end plugs. I will also toss in any and all other items that pertain to these such as bent or squished pipes that would be great for short runs or to put going up a hill. 4" double diaphragm pump with diesel engine. Very powerful pump with two 13" diaphragms. Good tires. Towable. Newly painted. Somehow the fuel line is blocked. For demonstration. I can start it and running it manually. I have to add diesel fuel from the top manually, then it keeps running. Other than that it is in excellent working condition. It just. Fuel doesn't get to the cylinder. I am thinking to have that repaired and then the price would be $2650. You are purchasing 1-Rebuilt UMC 725 Extreme Duty. 50-1 Ratio Zimmatic Wheel Drive Gearbox. This gearbox has the multi-mount bolt mounting pattern. It will fit most brands of Pivots. Top-O-Texas Equipment Pivot Irrigation Gearbox Rebuilders Top-O-Texas Equipment(TOTE) rebuilds center pivot wheel gearboxes. Center drive gearboxes and center drive motors direct to the end user(no dealers in the middle) Center Pivot gearboxes are built in China using low grade Chinese bearings. Races and seals. TOTE’s rebuilt gearboxes utilize your housing. Bull gear and worm gear all of which are usually in good condition. We replace the Chinese bearings and races with Timken parts and we replace the inferior Chinese seals on the input shaft(2-each) and the output shaft(1-each) with the NI TracSeal which is a radial seal allowing the inner face(fits tight on ... morethe rotating shaft) to turn with the shaft while the outer face is stationary in the housing. The seal faces that turn against each other are inclosed inside the seal housing and are not exposed to the elements. Most wheel gearbox failures are due to failed seal(s) allowing the lubricant to drain out and the bearings on the input shaft fail and lock the gearbox down resulting in the entire pivot system shutting down until a replacement gearbox is installed. The Chinese oil seal inner face remains stationary while the input shaft turns inside it. This type of seal in this application is a recipe for failure due to the exterior dirt and moisture mixture acting like sandpaper between the seal face and the shaft. The shaft seal wears out quickly and the shaft developes a groove and allows the lubricant to leak out while allowing the moisture and the grit to enter the interior of the gearbox and then it’s only a short time until a failure occurs. No lubricant plus sand and water on the bearings and gear teeth is a recipe for a total failure. Our NI TracSeals remedy this design flaw. Doda AFI35 Irrigation Pump
Very good Doda AFI 35 Irrigation. Slurry, manure pump. 1000 RPM 1000 GPM@ 130 PSI. It has 6 inch t-top with valves. One valve need straitened or taken off and just run hose straight. It is 6 inch suction and 6 inch discharge. I ran a irrigation hose reel with this pump. These pumps have knives in them and will take solids through too. This one is set up with 4 jacks on it too to make it easier to unhook and hookup. This pump is for sale as is where is. Buyer arranges all shipping. Case Maxi cable and water line trencher Mitsubishi diesel
This machine runs and works well. It needs a few items. Maybe a new seat, battery box cover needs welding, slight coolant leak at water pump and tire have a fair amount of wear on them. Even with these minor issues the machine works perfectly. It was last used regularly in summer of 2013 as part of a thriving lawn and landscape business. Unfortunately the owner died unexpectedly.
