Unit was in use for approximately 3 years and then removed. This unit was in use and OSHA came thru on routine inspection and stated the burner had roll out and heater needed to be replaced. After spending over $7000.00 on a new unit it still had roll out. Yes the new one had roll out too. it was then discovered that the roll out was caused by the exhaust pipe was not tall enough. After adding 5 feet to the Exhaust the burner work properly. That being said there was nothing wrong with this heater however the new unit could not be returned as it had been installed.
