Upon inspecting the interior I noticed that there is a capacitor at the corner of the main board that it loose. Manufactures label is present. But output spec field is blank. I have seen multiple models with the same blank label. I am able to attach a battery load tester and see momentary 15 VDC@ 85 AMPS. I do not know what continuous load will be. Voltage and Amp meter needles tend to stick. But move when the faceplate is tapped. The output cable attached to the unit was 4 AWG multi strand copper.
