Originally the unit was listed as parts/non-functional; however. More recent examination of the unit(backward adjustment knob) showed that it does function. I have tested it and according to my meter it is putting out 46.6 volts. Not sure if the voltage can be changed. It doesn’t have a variable voltage output control, but I am guessing there may be an internal adjustment. Current output has not been tested. Untested other than as described. Sold as is, and NO warranty is offered. However. IF you pay the asking price and find it has a problem you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it. Returns are ONLY allowed on Buy It Now Purchases. Accepted Best Offers are strictly an as is sale. No returns allowed. Return would be for a refund of the purchase price.
