For sale is a used HP 4352A Microwave Frequency Counter. The unit powers up and functions the majority of the time. Every once in a while the unit will power up and then start cycling off and on. This has been notice most often when the unit is cold(below 50 degrees Fahrenheit) The test frequencies in the second and third pictures are 100 MHz as measured on the low frequency input and 1600 MHz as measured on the high frequency input. This is a Vintage. Hand Held, Manual, Number Counter in good, used condition. It is Not Electric and is being sold, AS IS, because it will not return to 0 automatically or as easily as it seems it should. The counter is about 1 1/2" square, counting the button. I think it is made from Stainless Steel and it also has sound metal gears, which seem to be working fine. It will count from 0 to 9999 but, what I think is the release, does not free up the numbers enough for them to turn freely. Still quite usable but not quite perfect.
