Up for auction is an 18" Screw Conveyor that is 42 foot long and has a 5 HP Motor and 250:1 gearbox. It was used to move finished soap product to a bagging line. The product was very dense(think of what a 5 gallon pail of laundry soap weighs) Which is why the heavy-duty low rpm gearbox. It has three 12' sections and one 6' And could be shortened depending on the application. It was necessary to cut one of the connectors for the auger shafts for removal. So you will get one new connector with the unit(see photo) The outside dimensions of the auger are 24" on the top for the lids. And 19" on the body to accommodate the 18" auger. The frame is mounted to(6) 4" diameter V wheels, powered by a 3 phase gear motor 300/1 ratio. The top of the belt is 34" above the bottom of the wheels. The incline section of the conveyor has a 600mm long horizontal at the bottom, 2950mm length of incline and 400mm horizontal at the top. The belt width is 500mm. The incline belt has 25mm staggered ribs. The slats are approx. 60mm pin to pin. The incline section of conveyor bolts to the same framework that the flat section is attached to. Not pictured is the support legs for the incline conveyor. The small conveyor chute(8" x 72" attaches to(and funnels into) the ... morebase of the incline conveyor. The tray is stainless steel and is about 20" long. 5" wide at the back and about 2-1/2" deep. It has a removable rod that runs from the front to the back.
