Custom designed and built 24 foot 2009 Pro X Concession Trailer. The trailer was designed and built by the me(one and only owner to date) in conjunction with trailer manufacturer. Pro X, a commercial kitchen designer and equipment supplier and the local health department to ensure top quality construction, functionality and health department code compliance. The trailer design focuses on pizzas, calzones, meatball subs, gyros and custom sandwiches both hot and cold. The ovens is a two tier stack of Bakers Pride 48 inch ovens which are propane fired. The top oven was my main pizza oven and the bottom oven served mostly as a sandwich bread, gyro shell heater and meatball/gyro meat heating unit. The ovens are in the front of the trailer for weight distribution and near the door for help with heat dissipation along with the mushroom fan and vent. ... moreNext to the ovens is a Hobart dough mixer. Refrigeration is supplied by one upright True refrigerator near the front door and two Continental refrigeration sandwich stations with flip top product trays. Each unit is a three door unit. I utilized the unit near the serving windows for gyros, meatball subs and other sandwich prep. The unit nearest the ovens served as my pizza prep station. Included in the equipment are two large warming units that I kept near the serving windows to keep the pizzas warm. There is also a two bucket steam unit to keep meatballs and gyro meat warm. The trailer itself has a fresh water tank, a gray water tank, a hand sink and a three tub washing station required by health code. On the exterior of the trailer is a 40 inch Sony flat screen television to entice customers and have a crowd"hanging out" to draw others. It was most successful during sporting events. The trailer has a mobile satellite receiver on the top and a DVD player inside. I used DISH TV for my input signals. This trailer like I said we have only used it a few times and is in EXCELLENT SHAPE. We have invested a considerable amount more than are asking price but we are planning to relocate and don't want to haul it too.

2 Barrel Smoker with Barbecue Pit on a Trailer Custom Built
I will add dimensions later but I used this smoker/bbq pit at my restaurant for 8 years. I have done many caterings. Raise money functions, family functions. The pit is about 6ft long 4ft wide and the barrels will hold 2 cases tri-tip and 3 cases pork ribs easily. The outside fire chamber gets the Smokers going to 325 degrees. 1999 Wells Cargo Aluminum concession trailer. 7'x16' with the hitch. Has all new counter tops, cabinets, exterior paint and linoleum flooring. Up for auction is a stationary Concession/multi use Trailer. The exterior dimensions are 12' x 28'3" x 10'9" tall. The interior is seperated into two rooms. The food prep area and the Customer pick-up/reception area. The two rooms are seperate by a man door and a sliding glass window(used to wait on Customers) The food prep area is 17' x 11' and the floor and walls are tiled. Currently, there are three large burners on the floor, and they are piped for gas. There are 3 windows in the food prep area, and four exhaust fans. The exteriors of the exhaust fans have some surface rust on them(easily re-painted) There are(6) two bulb flourescent light fixtures on the ceiling in the food prep area. There are many electrical receptacles throughout the unit(and several on the outside of the unit) There is an alarm system in the unit. The undercarriage of the unit is galvanized and is solid and in very good shape and the floor is perfectly solid. The roof is metal and is solid and in very good shape with no leaks. The unit does have four wheels underneath it(tires are holding air but are dry-rotted) The wheels are meant to roll the unit onto a trailer. They are not meant to tow the unit any distance. A tractor with a lowboy will need to be commissioned to move the unit. I had the unit moved appx. 25 miles and the cost was $700. Local pick-up only. This trailer was purchased new for $59.456.00. The users were in business for just a few months and closed up. Trailer is in unbelievable condition. I have the original paperwork showing the pricing and the options this trailer came with. The trailer was made by QSI, which was a custom espresso trailer company in Oregon. They are out of business now. I purchased the espresso trailer from the original owners in PA. The owners tried to start a drive thru coffee bar in a very small town and were only in business for less than 6 months before closing it down. The building sat with the air and heat on until I purchased it last Fall. The sellers had nearly $80.000 in the set up and equipment. I have their receipts. They put it behind their gas station hoping to be the next star.buck. It didn't take off for them and so they gave up after a short ... moretime. The air and heat has been on the entire time. They wanted to protect their investment. My wife is from the sister town and a family member told them about my coffee business in Jackson, MI. I had a local guy take off the skirting and the awnings, and had another company pull it to Michigan. The trailer was on stabelizers with the wheels taken off. Wheels were put back on and it was ready to be pulled. The trailer has a removable trailer tongue that once removed tucks under the front of the trailer. The QSI espresso trailer has double axles with electric brakes. It has a durolast roof that does not leak. Central air and heat on the roof. There are air and heat act as air curtains above each drive thru window. The original owner had the trailer hard plumbed and hard wired. It has a 200 amp electric panel. We have converted the trailer to be used with a generator. It has a high end surge protector built in. One can easily convert it back to hard wired electric. We also installed two new fresh water tanks that are filled from the outside. One is for the espresso machine(in case you want filtered water) 16 gallons. 6' x 15' including the hitch. It has 4 sinks, new counter tops, cabinets, interior/exterior paint and tires. It has 2 florescent lights, 3 awnings, fresh water hook up only, a rear stainless steel flip down serving counter, bearing buddies, drop down floor, 8 outlets and 2 open areas on each side of the door. It pulls with a 2" ball and a 100 amp breaker box currently set up for 110 volts. It does not have a title but I ca provide a bill of sale. The equipment is a Magic Chef, 1.2 cu. ft. 1000 watt microwave, a Wisco Industries conventional oven, salt/pepper shaker set with stainless steel lids and a rubber floor mat.
