Both cosmetically and functionally. I purchased the 8755C separately. It is also in good condition. Both cosmetically and functionally. It is completely functional electrically. As I verified by running it through its Performance Tests as described in the Operating Manual. The second to last photo shows the displayed sweep changing by 10 db/division on the screen as the reference level switch for channel 1 is stepped from +40 dBm to-40 dBm. To make this picture. I used an 11664E detector to measure the output of an 8340B set to CW at 1 GHz but continuous sweep turned on, at a power level of 0 dBm. Nice Hewlett Packard 8512A(S/N# 2345A00118) Reflection/ Transmission Test Set for use with Hewlett Packard 8510A/B/C Vector Network Analyzer systems(not included) Item is in good overall physical condition and includes the following accessories: one pair of front handles with rack mount ears. One IEC type power cord, 2 each rear panel SMA M-M extension port RF interconnect cables, and 2 each OSM P/N# 2082-2700-00 APC-7 to SMA(F) Adapters. The purple RF test cables, cavity filter, and the Hewlett Packard I.F. detector/ display sections are NOT INCLUDED in this auction. The I.F. Detector and display processor are for sale in another of my auctions. These items are pictured to show that the HP8512A is functional. In the ad pictures I demonstrate this unit functioning in a system. In the first pictures of the screen it shows just the reflection ... moreand through of the system on a split screen. The other screen shots show us measuring a 8.74GHz Band Pass filter. We DID NOT go thru the whole calibration sequence since we do not have a calibration kit we just used the data divided by memory to normalize the display before connecting the filter. While this Reflection/ Transmission Test Set is functional and I have run it for a number of hours as to verify that, I am going to sell this item for parts or repairs per eBay protocol for the following reasons: It is old and we are not equipped to verify that it still meets all factory specifications. In addition we have only performed a basic test of this system and due to its age and complexity we must sell it as USED, Strictly AS-IS. To insure that this item arrives in good condition it has been very carefully packaged in 1 large box with excellent quality packing materials.
