Made in Rochester NY comes with real Cowhide leather, Instrument and manual. The Unit measures air pressures from 0 to 160” of water. The pressure bulb is unusable. Gauge hasn't been tested. Manual reads that if the gauge at rest is within the oval zero it is still in calibration– which it is not. Measures about 5 ½” long with built in hook. Seems to be the 44S369/153S18 model. Thanks

The normal and test signals are adjusted ahead of time. The normal signal is applied to the relay(typically 120 V and 60 Hz) When the function is moved to"test" the test value is suddenly applied and the timer starts(this is normally a lower voltage and lower frequency) The fluke 45 in the picture is measuring the voltage and frequency output. The FTS-300 is very accurate and stable. The output is 0-150 VAC with a frequency range of either 40-70 Hz or 360-440 Hz.There is also a DC current source for testing relay targets.
