This is either an attenuator. Or an impedance matcher, not sure which, but if you're buying it, you'll probably know. It has type-N connectors, one male, one female. It's stamped 003095 on one side- guessing a date code- and has a sticker on the top with 1873 and 516. Probably Varian, Midwest Microwave, or any of a host of manufacturers of the same stuff. Since I don't have a clue what it is, I'm selling it for cheap. Hope it goes to a good home.
