This is a N to N 10dB attenuator. Power not known, probably 1W, 50mm long. Markings Radial. Lot 9915 DC to 7GHz. Similar to Farnel.com item 4196843(1Watt) at £38. Except theirs is 38mm, this is 50mm It has an intermittency inside which means open circuit connection if stressed one way. And 10dB if stressed the other. I have swept it and can confirm that it is 10dB up to the 3GHz limit on the test eqpt. I tried to open it up hence the jaw marks on the one end. Force fit and unable to budge it.
