This is a McKISSICK 6 In. No. 612 Bronze Bushed 10 Ton Snatch Block with Double Pulley. I don't know how old it may be it has little dark green paint on it and mostly showing rust. The clevises are tight but I think they will loosen up. I plan on turning them to get it in a flat rate box for shipping. And the pulleys do turn freely and if you look in the last picture you can see there is still paint in the pulley so that shows there has never been a cable put through it.
