Up for auction is Very Heavy Duty Vintage Cast Iron Swivel Caster. Wheel is Cast Iron and the rest is Heavy Thick Steel. Wheel measures approx. 6" tall and it is 3" wide and the whole assembly is approx. 7 1/2" tall and the base measures approx. 5 1/4" X 7 1/4" This wheel is a monster it weighs almost 35 lbs. by itself. The top of the Grease Zirk on the swivel has been sheared off but looks like what is left can be dug out with an easy out. See pics. The Wheel is marked Caster Concepts 06300-20-34 A129. Heavy duty steel 7" overall height. 4 3/4" 4 7/8" wheel diameter. 1 7/8" face wheels width. mounting plates are 4.5" x 3.5" Two casters swivel. Two are fixed, I believe they were welded to make them fixed, see picture. Three casters spin smoothly with no issues. Up for auction are this set of 4 cast iron swivel machine age cart wheels. 3 are marked CURRIE 1 is unmarked on the bottom. But is the same size height and width which is 1 1/2' They all came from the same estate.There is some rust and pitting.They could use a cleaning there is some grease and oil.The unmarked does not have bearings I don't know if it did originally or not, but it seems to be in good working order. Set of 3 old cast iron swivel caster wheels. Heavy wheels. These have a marking of 5H on the top. And all have the same marking on the bottom. The base is approx. 3"x4" Wheels are 2 1/2" diameter. 1 1/2" thick. In original found condition. Dirt and surface rust. They do rotate just fine. Sure it will be better after a nice cleaning and oiling. These wheels are heavy, weighing a little over 2 lbs each.

This auction is for a set of Four Vintage Swivel Casters. The model is Hooded Ball, the neck is Grip Neck each caster measures nearly 4" tall, the ball-bearing swivel is about 1" in diameter. The casing is steel(holds a magnet when applied) not sure what the ball is made of, maybe hard rubber, does not seem to be Bakelite. Each ball is stamped Noelting-Faultless Evansville, Ind. PAT.
