At the time it was the only way I could afford the ability to offer perforation. Scoring and slitting. I couldn't buy an actual perforating unit and I saved money by offering this service in-house instead of outsourcing it. And it's a lot less expensive than buying pre-perforated stock. I got this press back at the very beginning of my business. I have since purchased an actual unit to do these tasks and on larger sheets. The press has been in storage for a couple of years and I need to get it moved. It was running great when we put it away. It has a very nice Leecon variable speed controller which allows ultra slow speeds, Or you can really crank her up if need be. You will be receiving a parts and operator manual. Chase, tools, ink, number heads and furniture. No plastic on this one. It is very well built. It is currently operating only a few feet from our loading dock, for very easy backup and load.
