Up for grabs is a vintage Heathkit LP-1 Linearity Pattern Generator for television repair from the tube era. Physical condition is okay. There are a couple of scuff marks on the front as you can see in the pictures. A couple of the control knobs have marred places on them. No dents or gouges. Does not look to be abused. This item came from a radio-tv repair shop. It includes the test lead with the big aligator clip. I did fire this up with a variac and it lights up. HOWEVER, I have no way of testing it. I don't deal with tv's so not even sure what it does. Sold as-is.

This auction is for a TEKTRONIX 1740A WAVEFORM/ VECTOR MONITOR racked with a TEKTRONIX 1705 SPECTRUM MONITOR. This ensemble appears to be in very good condition. Both items demonstrate nice functionality. Have good display intensity, no phosphor burn-in and are housed in a very clean rack mount, Pic#10. Both units have various capabilities and we have not verified all of the combinations in which they may be used. We have however verified functionality based on the following specific comments: REGARDING THE 1740A: a) Composite or component NTSC signals can be connected to any or all of eight input channels. We verified all eight input channels appear to function ... morecorrectly. b) Each type of waveform display has one level of magnification which can be selected by the front panel MAG button which we verified to be functioning. c) The five buttons arranged vertically to the right of the display are used to toggle various on-screen menus and operational conditions. Philips PM5515 Color TV Pattern Generator- Sanook Sales with RGB output option This PM5515 pattern generator includes the RGB option to out RGB + SYNC and Subcarrier on the back BNC jacks. The unit powers up fine and all functions are operable. The front Video Out was connected to a monitor and all the test patterns could be seen(two are shown in the photos) I also hooked the RF output to a monitor set to Ch 4(67.25 MHz) And was able to see the same patterns generated. Connecting the RGB outputs to a standard monitor will not show anything unless there is also a Sync input on the monitor, which I do not have, so I couldn't observe the RGB outputs. Setting internal Jumper X002 to the ON position will generate Sync on the Green output(SoG) I did not do this because I didn't want to open up the unit and change anything. However, I did ... moreconnect an oscilloscope to the RGB outputs and could see video waveforms being generated. The Audio generator seemed to work, but I did not extensively test this.
