Unit is in good cosmetic condition with a few minor use and wear marks. The unit was not fully tested however given a detailed inspection. The unit was plugged in and it did power up. This unit contains 3 tubes. All of the tubes were removed. Tested and re-installed(1ea 6J5-strong. 1ea 6K6-strong and 1ea 6X5-strong) The glass on the front of the dial is in tact with no cracks or scratches however its not seated properly. A simple service on the unit will allow you access to the rear of the dial to reseat the glass. All dials and buttons operate properly. They all line up properly with the required setting. No burn marks or smells emitting from unit. The leather carrying ... morehandle on top is worn and broken. Some minor chipping paint and surface rust. No original packaging and instructions included. Very cool TV Test gear-Hickok 660 This vintage Color Generator is probably from the 1950's. It is the oldest looking one I have seen. It has tubes so I did not attempt to power it up. I have had it for decades and have never put power to it. It looks very good on the inside. It should clean up well. The outside. Cloth covered case, has received a fair share of bumps and bruises. The dovetail joint is loose on the front right where the cloth is missing. I would think it would be easy to add a bit of glue to hold it together. 2-1950's Telematic Tele-Checks The black marks on the screen are pieces of foam on the one on the left and some tar or something like that on the right one. Both should clean up just fine. Though the one on the left does have some phosphor spots as described below. Portable CRT and Yoke Assembly. I have 2 of these units and don't remember where I got them decades ago. It might have been from our local technical high school that gave me their tube-era stuff when they quit teaching that technology. Both units look quite nice on the outside. I have not cleaned them up at all. One has some black marks on the screen of the CRT. It looks like it would clean up with some solvent or razor blade. The CRT looks good. Visually. The second CRT has the a mark in the phosphor near the center of the screen and the yoke has had all the wires cut ... moreoff which is why I think it came from the High School. Up for your consideration is a Vintage Accurate Instruments Model 159 Tube Tester and Rejuvenator. The model 159 CRT Tube Tester is especially designed to test both B&W and Color magnetically deflected picture tubes. The model 159 will also indicate when the tube is failing and allows you to rejuvenate it also. The manual is in good condition and explains how to use this thing except I don't understand it. The case is wood and covered with a plastic material or something not sure but the reason I mentioned it was that the covering has degraded on at least 30% of the case. I don't have any tubes to test nor would I have a clue as to going about that test however I did plug it in and turn it on and when I pressed the quality and leak button the light came on. Vintage Original EICO Scope Demodulator Probe for use with oscilloscopes. Signal tracer, etc. I tested the probe today(8/3) with an RF signal generator and it works fine. The condition is excellent. There are no dings. Dents, scratches or chips. but there is one flaw in the paint that it came with. No tips are included on the cable end. I used the wire ends on binding post adapters which varied depending on what test equipment I was using the probe with. Banana or pin connectors can be added easily. I am the original owner. Demodulator probes are used for both alignment and troubleshooting of RF circuits in radios and TVs.

The model 159 CRT Tube Tester is especially designed to test both B&W and Color magnetically deflected picture tubes. The model 159 will also indicate when the tube is failing and allows you to rejuvenate it also. The manual is in good condition and explains how to use this thing except I don't understand it. The case is wood and covered with a vinyl material that has started degrading about 20% I don't have any tubes to test nor would I have a clue as to going about that test however I did plug it in and turn it on and when I pressed the quality and leak button the light came on that is associated with that test.
