Real Vintage Welding Goggles w/Light& Dark Green Lenses Everything you see in the photo. These goggles are in very good condition. I don't know what brand they are. But they are red& black mix& have lightning bolts on the sides. The light green lenses are great for Steampunk use. They will allow you to see where your going: The dark lenses say 50 WWS Sfy. S.T. RD. on the wrapper. They all have beveled edges. On the dark green lens I find H9MM on the light green Wh2.OH The goggles that I'm selling are designed for flat lenses. However the beveled edge lens fits in them. I saw a couple minor imperfections on the light green lenses. I didn't see any imperfections on the dark green lenses. The plastic protective outer lens cover has some scuffing. As you can see there is some extra strap material as well.

The first one is made by American optical and it is called a Coverolas. The frame is An interesting mottled brown plastic and metal vented side panels and is I n very fine condition. I removed the elastic because it was gross. There is new elastic to replace. And the adjusting piece is also included. The lenses were very used, need replacing. I think they are just cool ... moreto look at. The other pair was made by AISECO Brooklyn, 1 New York. Condition of frame is fine on these, dark black plastic and they have metal side vents. They are more comfortable than you would think by the looks of them. The bridge is adjustable. The elastic on these is pretty trashed as well and so too are the lenses. So the rest of it is crappy. But how many of them were made in Brooklyn? Photographs are apart of the description, and many times show measurements so the buyer knows how big or small something is. VINTAGE Metro Welding Goggles in Cedar Box Steampunk EXTRA Lenses 1940's-1950's!
You're bidding on a pair of authentic. Antique welding goggles marked Metro on the metal vent caps. They come in an old cedar box marked Wizard on the hinge sides and an extra pair of clear lenses. Overall they are in nice condition with slight rust on the air vents. The original elastic headband has some wear but is still stretchy. One of the black lenses has a chip on the edge but it cannot be seen when in the goggles. There are also some tiny nicks in the lenses but they do not affect vision. The original gaskets between the lenses are in great shape. The extra clear lenses have multiple slag spots but are still useable. The heavy plastic frames are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. I estimate them to be from the 1940s-50s. This auction is for a awesome pair of vintage Jackson Series 50 welding goggles. They are in great condition as far as I can see, the clear lenses do have welding stuff on them and the darker set looks dirty and they need to be cleaned or replaced, there is a name scratched in 2 spots of the goggles which you can see in the pics, I am not sure if these are bakelite or some sort of plastic, either way they are still cool and would make some awesome steampunk goggles to use as is or alter.
