Miller 149454 Speed Control Board For Miller S-22A Wire Feeder (used)
As title states. This board was salvaged from a Miller S-22a wire feeder that had been backed over by a customers truck in their shop. Due to the extent of the damage. The feeder was uneconomical for repair, but this speed control board and a few other items were salvaged, tested for functionality, then boxed up for safe keeping for possible future use in rental equipment. Unfortunately, I have no way of testing this board at present time, so I can not say with 100% certainty that it is still operational. But I can assure you that it was tested prior to being boxed for spare parts in the late 90's and has had no human contact until recently for the photos which were taken, and even then, the utmost caution was taken while it was handled during photographs. See photos for board details) I also posted a photo of a company that repairs boards ... moresuch as this in case you might want to get yours repaired. The cost of a new board is in excess of $380. If you want to try this board, at the price I'm listing it at, it would still be the most economical route to take even if repairs were needed at the prices listed for refurb. I wish that I could say for a 100% fact that it works, but I can not give my word on an item that I have not personally recently tested. All that being said, this item should be considered AS IS. WF 3 cold wire feeder
This is a Tig torch mounted filler metal feed system that uses rolled wire(in this case this machine has been set up for aluminum) instead of rods. Pulse/continuous rates on/off timers remote switch wire delay and wire retract can all be controlled for a higher quality of weld. Miller XMT 300 with Thermadyne Portable Wire Feeder and Bernard MIG gun
This for a Miller XMT 300 and a Thermadyne 12s portable wire feeder with a Bernard MIG gun. The XMT 300 is CC and CV and does Stick. TIG, and MIG. This was the predecessor to the XMT 304. Everything works good and is wired for single phase right now. It has the Autolink for automatice voltage detection from the incoming power. The Thermadyne wire feeder is basically just like a Miller SP-32 portable wire feeder. They are about the same size and style. I also have a cart and a Miller Spoolmatic 1 spool gun that I'm selling separatey but will give a good deal if somebody wants them to go with the welder. I'll get some pics up of the wire feeder and more pics of everything this weekend. This is for sale locally so if interested please contact me. Miller XMT304 CC Stick TIG Welder with Miller SP-32 VS Portable Wire Feeder
This is for a Miller XMT304 CC Stick and TIG welder. This does not have CV and therefore no MIG capability on the panel. But with the Miller SP-32 with Voltage Sensing it can be put in stick mode and used with this wire feeder. This unit is a 2004 LE serial no. and was used at a Votech School. Its in good condition and the school hasn't used it since 2011 since they got money for new equipment. It comes with the grounding lead and a lead to connect the wire feeder. The wire feeder does not use the 14 pin amphenol connector but has a voltage sensing clamp that connects to the work piece for its power source. It doesn't come with anything else.
