Miller XMT304 CC Stick TIG Welder with Miller SP-32 VS Portable Wire Feeder
This is for a Miller XMT304 CC Stick and TIG welder. This does not have CV and therefore no MIG capability on the panel. But with the Miller SP-32 with Voltage Sensing it can be put in stick mode and used with this wire feeder. This unit is a 2004 LE serial no. and was used at a Votech School. Its in good condition and the school hasn't used it since 2011 since they got money for new equipment. It comes with the grounding lead and a lead to connect the wire feeder. The wire feeder does not use the 14 pin amphenol connector but has a voltage sensing clamp that connects to the work piece for its power source. It doesn't come with anything else. Up for bids is a Miller SR300-32 SMAW/TIG welder. If you know welders. You know what this is. This unit has the High Frequency unit attached. I've arc welded with it but have not used the HF unit yet. Has solenoids for Gas and Water for a water cooled torch. Local pickup prefered but I will drop this off at a freight office for you or work with your shipper. I can strap it to a standard pallet. For shipping calculations this thing weighs about 900lbs. The output amperage is impressive.120 AMPS at 100% duty cycle- with a max output of 150 amps. It weighs 50 lbs(including the High Freq attachment) The High Freq"Snap Start" allows for a very clean arc start and will also help maintain the arc at the end of a weld cycle when amperage is gradually tapered off. Miller Maxstar 150 STL Tig welder in excellent condition. This welder has not been used very much. I have done some stick welding with it and a few small tig jobs. It does a really good job Tig welding stainless steel. It is a great welder. Very light and portable. It is set up to run on 120v but can also run on 240v. The welder has a few scratches on it from normal use, but I have always stored it in the case. The consumable kit is new, with nozzles and different size tungsten rods. nice used miller 180 sd tig welder. This machine works perfectly, it comes with a flex head torch, regulator, nice heavy duty foot pedal, and the grounding clamp, everything is ready to go welding you just need to add your gas bottle, this machine was used lightly for small fabrication jobs here at my home shop, it has not been abused or misused, it has a nice homebuilt cart that comes with the welder, one of the rear wheels on the cart has a piece broken out of the tread but it does not affect the rolling at all, the torch has a small chip out of the very bottom of the handle down below where you grip, and the machine is also a little dusty from sitting in the shop, other than that it is perfect.
