OR area totally check ... moreout this Snap Start II along with my Maxstar 152 welder. Turns out my Maxstar machine needed some repair, some parts were scarce and are costly. I talked to the technician for over a half an hour about his diagnosis. He determined my issue was all in the welder unit itself and that the Snap Start II was operating perfectly. I have decided not to repair my Maxstar and sell this High Freq Arc starter box. It is wired for 120 volt but can be changed to 230 volt(don't see the need to do that) I am not sure if this Snap Start II works on other amperage Maxstar's. You would have to do some research. I am not accepting returns on this item because it was just checked out by a Miller service center and I have no control of this unit being hooked up correctly and to what Miller power source it was being purchased for. I never miss lead buyers and always have represented every item I sell straight up. My rating shows that.

I'm cleaning out my garage and decided to sell my Miller Thunderbolt XL welder it's 220v arc stick welding type model. This well works great and has the electrode holder and the grounding clamp as well. There's no issues with the welder at all and all the knobs for selecting the amps etc work. You will be getting this welder for a fraction of the price. Several are listed here on Ebay and I'm priced mine a couple hundred dollars less for a quick sell as I need to get a little money together for college tuition for my Daughter. Miller Maxstar 150 STL Tig welder in excellent condition. This welder has not been used very much. I have done some stick welding with it and a few small tig jobs. It does a really good job Tig welding stainless steel. It is a great welder. Very light and portable. It is set up to run on 120v but can also run on 240v. The welder has a few scratches on it from normal use, but I have always stored it in the case. The consumable kit is new, with nozzles and different size tungsten rods. It is rated at 250 welding amps and runs on 220V. 3 phase. It can be wired to operate on 460V or 230V. 3 Phase too. It can be used to weld with wire feeders. Arc, and mig welding. We did an arc test with a by stick welding. You have to jump pin A and B on RC8 Pin connector to stick weld. Otherwise it will not work. This unit comes with a top mount plate for accessories and hooks to hang welding leads. It also comes with a 30 ft negative welding clamp lead.
