This is an almost new welder mounted on a road worthy ATV trailer. I bought this Champion 10.000 welder and trailer at Big-R(a local farm and ranch store) in 2012 and added heavy steel bar stock to attach the welder and added a retractable“landing gear” to make it easier to move when not hooked up. The welder is bolted to the bar stock which is bolted to the trailer. Very secure set-up. It has slightly more time on it than shows in the picture because I pulled it out and ran it for 20 minutes. Here is an old Hobart welder with PTO. This welder works great! They don't build them like this anymore. It is heavy guessing around 1000# The welder has been modified as the on off switches are not working so they have been by-passed. We hooked up to manual throw box to turn on and off. The cables are each 50' long and in pretty good shape. It is 220/440 3 phase. And 200 amps of welding power which I am sure it would do all day long. Generator says 150 amps and 40 volts. I'm told the generator/stick welder this was used with quit working and this was removed from the trailer it was on. It has a 110v cord. But has no welding power supply or ground. It appears complete and functional- all the parts are tight and seem to function properly. Except the high pressure gauge housing is a little loose and the dial face has a dent. Found in two pieces. They likely took it apart to remove it with a torch, then lost the bolts. I'll add another photo(scroll past the bottom) that I took when I removed the cover to put some bolts in it.
