Vintage B&K Dynascan Dyna-Jet Mutual Conductance Tube Tester Model 707. I don't know how well this works since I have no way to test it without any tubes. I can tell you I plugged it in and it lights up; the Shorts light flickers. The fuse light also lights up. It is in good cosmetic condition inside, the case related wear, but is otherwise in good condition. Please see the photos for more details. This is in very good working condition, and comes with the original instruction manual with tube charts, and 3 other tube charts that cover cross reference military tubes, and industrial tubes. The photos show the unit working with a tube under test. The case has a few scuffs and nicks, and the chrome hardware has a little bit of rust which could easily be cleaned off. This is a very simple to use, very portable tester!

Vintage Triplett Vacuum Tube Tester model 3423, TV and Radio
Selling my Vintage Triplett vacuum tube tester after it serving me well for many years. I just don't have the use for it anymore as I am not as active as I used to be in the antique radio hobby. This set is in excellent original condition and even includes original hang tags and even has the original warranty card that was never mailed. My Dad had sent away for a manual from the Triplett company and he was fortunate enough for them to mail him back a photo copy of the manual that is also included as well as the mailing they sent for other products. They are still in business today! This tester is very much like other brands like Hickok or Precision or Jackson. As far as condition the carry handle just broke off on me when I went to pick it up but it can be easily repaired for appearance, I should of known better not to try and use the ... morehandle on any vintage radio or test equipment. The line cord is like new with no signs of any dry rot. This is a full sized tester, it measures 19x15x6 inch's, very impressive on any test bench. I purchased this Tube Checker from a retired TV repairman/neighbor about 10 years ago and used it to check my guitar amplifier tubes whenever I was having issues or trying to match tubes for the best sound. It worked fine for me but I have not used it in the last 5 years. So I cannot promise you that it works as it did previously. Having said that, I am not aware of any reason why it wouldn't work. Outside is in pretty decent condition. With one small stain, a very small tear, and a little rust on the latch. Inside is beautiful and spotless. The screws have a little bit of rust. But are just normal screws you could replace, or leave as-is, because they wouldn't affect anything. Unit turns right on. But past that I have no way of testing it. Attic find. I'm sure that in the day this was state of the art but by today's standards it's a dinosaur. And I'm sure that when it was stashed away so many years ago"dad" was sure he'd need it again. It absolutly needs a new power cord before it could even be tested safely but, after noticing some screws missing on the cover I had to open it up to make sure it wasn't gutted. As you can see in the pictures aside from a coating of dust the interior looks surprisingly good with no evidence that anything but age has deteriorated the cord on the outside of the cover, even the paper roll looks quite good. This is a large heavy object so shipping will be quoted as parcel post. RARE VINTAGE EICO TV RADIO HAM VACUUM TUBE TESTER MODEL 625 WORKS
This is my father's beloved Eico Model 625 Eico Tube Tester. Has the 4, 5, 6, and 7-pin sockets, the Octal/Loctal, 7-Pin and 9-Pin Miniature sockets. It has Shunt, Line Adjustment, Filament, Selector, with a few other swithes. The center scroll moves freely and guessing it is original as it is somewhat discolored. The light behind the scroll lights up. I was too afraid to plug in a tube, afraid I would blow up something either on the machine or the tube itself. It does not have the original instruction manual. The front is a vibrant blue with grey edges and the case is military green. History: My father was in the US Air Force and was a radio operator. He retired and they hired him as a civilian associate. For as long as I can remember. My father collected radios and restored them. He worked on Radios, TVs and HAM radios for anyone who ... moreasked him. It was his hobby and he enjoyed it up until a few years ago when he became ill. We are now auctioning the radios, testers and components to assist offsetting the loss of his income for my mother. If it does not work. Mail it back to me and I will refund your money. I would rather have it sitting on my shelf than destroyed. It worked properly 2 years ago and was in the cabinet, stored in his workshop. This was what he used for his hobby though all of his testers worked. Here is a nice early B&K Dyna Quik model 500 in good condition. This unit has been tested with a couple of tubes that were tested on a calibrated tester my friend owns and the tubes tested within 5% of his. The previous owner said he used this to test all his tubes and it worked very well. This tester has a 83 rectifier tube in it. And has a slight hum when powered up but everything seems to work as it should, it also comes with a 1B3GT adapter and the tube chart booklet plus there is a page on the back of the cover. I am also going to sell another B&K model 606 in another auction, check that one out. The case is in good condition with some worn spots and the latch has some rust. I bought this tube tester used as a young ham decades ago. I used it lightly over the years to test vacuum tubes for transmitters. Receivers and amplifiers. All this time it was stored on a shelf under my bench in a dry non-smoking environment. I recently powered it up to test a set of old tubes prior to sale. You'll see one of these in the photo. This is TUNG-SOL Model 78 tube tester by Seco Electronics, Inc. Seco Manufacturing Company) of Minneapolis, Minnesota U.S.A. The serial number is 5051. It is a small portable unit measuring approximately 10 1/2 x 9 x 5 inches, housed in a hinged wood box with what appears to be a plastic covering, metal hinges and latch, and a plastic handle. There are 4 metal feet on the bottom. The case has two compartments. On the right side is the electronics chassis with tube sockets, switches, pots, plate ... morecap, and meter. It tests filament continuity, shorts and merit. This side also contains a compartment to store the standard 110 VAC line cord. The other side contains the operating instructions and a set of tube setup data cards that define the proper settings of the instrument for each model tube.
