When pressing the two start buttons the platen lowers and stays lowered. Then the foot switch is pressed which illuminates the platen power light and the pre-seal timer begins. At the end of the preseal timer. We believe the RF is trying to turn on momentary, but it quickly shuts off and the press retracts. The grid/plate current meter does not produce a reading and the other indicator lights never turn on. The main power tube does glow when under power. RF heat sealer 10KW 10000FS Kabar with turntable TESTED This listing is for a used 10kW radio frequency sealing machine with 4 position rotary turntable. Machine is from the early 2000s and features PLC controls and modern light safety curtains. The control pedestal for the sealer allows the user to select up to 5 different modes of operation along with the basic start/stop and e-stop functions. The pictures show the machine with the Camco indexer in place but without the rotary table installed. As can be seen in the video below. The machine was tested and it did make a seal on some vinyl material. The test proves the RF system is operational but we did not spend any time dialing in the settings for the particular material and die being used. The machine is in very good condition, but there are some dents in the rear panel and door panel ... moreto the main cabinet. When the machine was tested we couldn't get the platen heaters to come on which is probably due to a programming issue or a relay. The control box for this heating system looks brand new so we are of the opinion that it is a control issue. We have another one of these machines as well. Alloyd 2SM1216 Used tray sealer. Excellent condition. Fully operational.
Single shuttle Alloyed 2SM1216 sealer serial#92033(I think the"M" designation in part number means MEDICAL) Purchased about nine years ago as back up machine. Tested OK when it arrived. Then I sealed in shrink wrap. Never used it. Tested it again on 1 May 2014 and it worked excellently. I HAVE A SHORT VIDEO I CAN EMAIL TO YOU to prove proper function. See picture of sealed tray and tyvek lid. My trays do not fit/match the sealing and nesting dies(but they are somewhat close) So the pictured seal is not perfect. But you can see the evidence of a good heat melt and pressure on the seal. Air pressure regulator appears to work well, though gauge appears to be a bit"sticky. I did not test the various traps and filters installed in the quick disconnect pneumatic line. Small ding(about size of half a ping pong ball) on top corner(see ... morepicture)not in functional area of sealer. Air pressure. Heat platens, cycle time, etc appear to run perfectly. I ran ten cycles on my trays/lids. Machine is 220V, single phase, 15 amp. Already mounted on pallet. I will load onto commercial carrier truck(Yellow Freight. Etc; I have loading dock. I will cover unit in shrink wrap and add extensive bubble wrap to critical areas before shipping. If you wish for it to be crated, we can negotiate an additional charge to build crate. The machine can pack from 1oz up to 3.5-4oz of ground coffee depending of roasting type(4oz for light roast) It use 240mm web size film. It has installed two extra vibrator for flow and drop precision(one on the hopper and one on the shute. Are the two red one on pictures) The control board is digital and has the function to set the length of the bag if using a generic film. I had the factory install an oversized printer and it has also the option of puncturing the bag if needed. It is a cup fill system that offer an higher precision drop compared to the auger system if using ground coffee. The machine run at 220volts and the electronic used is state of the art.
