Up for auction is an inherited Plasma Table with all the fixins? The tables total width is about 6'4" wide and 10'4" long on the outside and the controller cabinet adds another 8 inches width. The usable work area. Is about 4 x 8' The table is used but as the pictures shows is not beat up and in great shape. It is not dirty and does not have any accumulation of slag. The entire table is on wheels also. The computer is a HP Compaq with keyboard. 3ghz Pentium 4 with with 2 gig of Ram. Software is Microsoft XP Pro sp2 and also has a freeware graphics program, but you will probably want to use your own graphics program. The monitor is an 18" Gateway FP1810. Mach 3 ST6560-T4 Mach 3 Stepper Motor Controller. So that is the best I can do. It functions and cuts metal. The know nothing about these tables and have no desire to learn so the best I could do is turn it on. The table came alive with light buzzing and somehow got the table to move a little on its own with the software you see pictured on that 18" monitor. I don't want to do any more for fear of crashing something. Overall this looks like a good functioning plasma table with a computer and software to run it. I have seen my brother use this. This plasma cutter comes complete and ready to use. It is in perfect working condition. It comes with the SL60 torch. The power cord with a 50amp 220v plug, air hose, and lots of extra consumables. This unit has had only light home shop use, and very little at that. The consumables includes all of the parts shown. Brand new shield cup, brand new start cartridge, new o-rings, and plenty of tips and electrodes to last a long time. All you need to do is plug it in, hook the air hose to your compressor and it's ready to cut! This unit can be used on 110v power by simply switching the plug. It is my understanding that it will still have the same cutting capacity on 110v but will draw twice the amperage. Used Red-D-Arc Python Plasma Cutter This is the heavy duty version of the standard Lincoln built to withstand harsh environments. It rolls better than any piece of equipment I own especially with the long handle. This plasma has a multi pin connector that sends torch voltage back to a CNC machine equipped with torch height control. It also has a swirl tip that helps with minimizing kerf widths and helps to create more accurate and cleaner cuts. The unit comes with a hand torch and whatever consumables I have left. This unit worked well when I last used it and it should do so for you too. You should have no issue as long as it gets wired properly. This is a very nice Aesop power cut 1600 plasma cutter. Runs on 208/220 V it includes a 375 75 foot PT– 38 cutting torch. This machine works great. I purchased it from a small aerospace company who used it very lightly. They did have an issue with the digital screen and replaced it with a PC 1300 screen from a damaged machine so on start up it does say PC 1300 scrolling across. I was a little skeptical when I was purchasing it and I called Aesop and ran the serial number which is in the pictures included in this ad in it comes back as a PC 1600. For sale is a 100 PC Fineline plasma cutter. Torch assembly, all hoses(50 footers) spare parts for torch(nozzels etc) Also included is the control head and torch height control board. Hypertherm plasma cutter Max 42 Good PAC120 torch, inop power supply
My dealer looked at this and said it has two bad boards and his guy does not fix one of them. I had to buy a new one. This power supply may or may not be fixable by someone else. The torch is fine. Has new consumables installed and consumables can still be purchased. A new torch for units of this era is almost $500. I will only charge actual shipping cost. Item weighs about 50 lbs and will ship from 38103. I'll pay to have it professionally packed. If you buy it and just want the torch no problem, figure 7 lbs from 38103 and I will only charge cost to ship either way.
