Both machines have operated but have minor issues that need to be resolved. component release timing on#1, and grounding issue#2) We begun the rebuilding of machine 1. New flash drive replaced old hard drive, fully adjustable board table and is picking and placing perfect but issues with air blow down for parts release. Machine#2 was purchased in operating condition but we found a grounding issue with the computer casing and have not done any work on this machine. This Zevatech Place Mat 460 SMT pick and place machine powers up and functions properly. It has minor scratches on the paint. Everything has been gone through on the machine. It includes the 27 position bank feeder equiped with 20 8mm air feeders and 3 bits shown in pictures. The head includes the bad mark sensor. And spot laser. The computer on this system is aged, but it is fully functional. It could be retrofitted with a newer computer that has 2 available ISA slots I will lend assistants if needed with the software side of the installation. OK Industries SMT-8000 Pick& Place Machine-Parts Unit* Welcome. This auction is for an OK Industries SMT-8000 Manual Pick& Place machine. This is a parts unit. It is missing the placement arm and does not have a carousel. The carousel is an easy fix as they are pretty generic and can be readily purchased. Replacing the arm is a bit tougher. It's just square aluminum tubing for the X-Y axis movement arm. If you want to use this for a placement machine, you'll have to graft the placement head onto it from a currently produced machine to cover the Z axis movement or at least a vacuum pen to the arm. As it is, it can still be used on a stand-alone basis as a dispensing unit for epoxies or solder paste. This unit is being sold as-is due to the missing parts.
